"If you're going to sit in the balcony at the Bob Carr centre, I highly recommend getting seats towards the middle of the hall. Our seats were in row A in Balcony Right, but because the seats were open, we ended up sitting in row D seats 10 and 11. These were perfectly fine. The very far edges are somewhat obstructed by the building structure and stage structure.
As for the show, it was very good... although not great. Some characters on the stage were a little difficult to hear, but overall, the music was phenomenal. If you are a fan of intense sound up close, I recommend you sit down low near the orchestra. You don't get the full orchestra effect in the balcony.
